Terms & Conditions

1. Ming Moon Birmingham

a. Deposit Arrangement for Buffet and Mandarin Suite: Reservations for groups of under 20 people from Sunday to Friday do not require deposits. On Saturdays, groups of over 10 people require a deposit of £10 per person.

b. Booking Relocation: For large bookings, your table/booking may be relocated to our Mandarin Suite Floor, which is one floor down from the main restaurant area.

c. A £3 per person surcharge will be added to the total bill for Birmingham Karaoke customers.

2. Ming Moon Wolverhampton

a. Deposit Arrangement for Buffet: groups of over 10 people require a deposit of £5 per person.

b. Booking Relocation: For large bookings, your table/booking may be relocated to our Private Rooms or The Mandarin, which is on the same floor of the restaurant.

3. Ming Moon Birmingham and Ming Moon Wolverhampton

a.Cancellations and Late Arrivals: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable. In case of late arrivals, please inform us to accommodate your time slot. During peak periods, we cannot guarantee seating for late arrivals.

b. Pricing and Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially during special/seasonal holidays or bank holidays.

 

4. Seating Time for Lunch: During our lunch service, there is a maximum seating time of 2 hours. Please vacate the table by 16:45 before our dinner service begins (except on Sundays).

5. Zero Tolerance Policy: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate aggressive or violent behavior towards our staff or the public. Offenders will be removed from the premises.

6. Entry Rights and Charges: We reserve the right to refuse entry, remove from our premises and charge for any damage or loss of our properties on our premises.

​

7. Prohibited Items: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on our premises. Anyone found with illegal drugs will be removed, banned, and reported to the police. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

8. CCTV Surveillance: CCTV cameras are operational at all times for crime prevention and public safety. Please do not leave your belongings unattended.

9. Children Policy:

a. Children under 140cm in height will be charged the child price.

b. When booking, please include children in your total headcount, and inform us if you require high chairs or buggy space for your table arrangement.

c. Infants under the age of 3 years who are not eating within our restaurant will not be charged.

d. Children under the age of 18 is recommended to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

e. Guests can refer to the height guide in the restaurant to confirm their entitlement to the discount rate. The Manager's decision will be final.

 

10. Additional Terms for Karaoke Rooms:

a. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed after 10.45 pm and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

b. The minimum booking is 2 hours, with hourly extensions if available. Vacate the room on time to avoid extra charges.

c. All karaoke room bookings are required a deposit of £10 per person (Birmingham Branch) or £5 per person (Wolverhampton Branch) are required to secure reservations.

d. To secure a booking for the Themed Karaoke Rooms, we require the requested deposit to be received.

e. A 6% transaction fee applies to refund amounts.

f. A £3 per person surcharge will be added to the total bill. (Birmingham Karaoke Customers) 

g. Cancellations or date changes made within 14 days of your booking are non-refundable.

h. During peak periods, room availability cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

i. The same policies regarding pricing, entry rights, prohibited items, and CCTV surveillance apply to Karaoke rooms.

 

11. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, particularly during special holidays, seasons, or bank holidays.

13. Management's Rights: The management reserves the right to alter the above Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
